Would you like to help to tell the story of the Earth to visitors of the Museum of the Earth? As a Museum Tour Guide you will be part of science education and learn more about fossils and geology. You will also be able to share your passion and excitement for paleontology and evolution with Museum visitors.
Being a tour guide in the Museum takes several steps. You must go through an initial Museum Docent Orientation. Then you will be given materials which teach you about the information needed for giving a tour. Lastly you will be able to shadow some veteran guides before you are giving a tour on your own. It is a fun and fulfilling experience.
You must be available weekdays, Especially in 10 -1pm. Tours are on a need basis so they are not giving regularly.
